Generally, audio and video clips are shared with the outside world by being store in areas open to public view.

If you want to upload audio and video clips. photos or documents (Word, Excel, etc.) into a private area that is password controlled then follow these instructions.
First create a password controlled private space by clicking here (a new window will be opened).
You will need to provide a folder name and a userid and password along with an email address. The email address is required for security reasons. Whilst you can upload and download to and from the private area you cannot manage it. So if you lose your password you will need to contact us to have it reset.
In order the we know that we are dealing with the folder's owner we will only accept requests from the email id given when the folder is created. Hence the importance of the email-id.

Having created the private space you can now upload

• video clips
• photos
• documents

You can

• browse your folder

• search for items in the folder
